Alyssa Manginaro
Alyssa Manginaro (Company Dancer) is a dancer from Queens, NYC. She was fortunate enough to attend Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Music and Art and Performing Arts. While attending, she fell in love with Graham and Horton under the teachings of Blakely White-McGuire, Oliver Tobin, Gregory Sinacori and Chanel Dasilva. She continued her dance education at Adelphi University, where she performed works by William Briscoe, Orion Duckstein, and Juan Rodriguez. Alyssa graduated Summa Cum Laude in December of 2020 with a B.F.A in Dance. During her junior year she had the opportunity to travel abroad and study Gaga, Ballet and Flying low at the London Contemporary Dance School. After graduating, she became pilates certified through Bob Lieken’s program; The Pilates Standard, and currently works at Pilates in Port, located in Port Washington. After understudying for two years, this is her first year as a Company Member and she is thrilled for the 2024 season!!
